Blue Valentine: A bright cobalt blue that will refresh and intensify your faded color. We recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9/10 blonde before use.

How to use: Wear protective gloves to avoid staining. Apply a generous amount to clean, damp hair. Leave on 5 – 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
